• 1 tablespoon crushed red chillies (adjust to your taste)
• 3 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
• 3 Chicken breasts butterflied and sliced into thin strips
• 1 onion sliced
• 1 red or yellow pepper sliced
• 1 green pepper sliced
• 4 tablespoon roasted chilli paste ( optional)
• 1 tablespoon vinegar of your choice
• 1 cup raw cashews
• 1 pack 250g egg noodles
• 1 pack shredded cabbage (optional)
