Banana Cherry cake... - SOULFUL BAKES

Ingredients

• 1 cup All purpose flour/ Maida
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 cup Salted butter
• Granulated sugar 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp
• 1 count Egg
• 3 tbsp Thick curd
• Vanilla essence few drops
• 1/3 cup Canned cherries cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Water
• Pink colour ( 0ptional)
• Banana purée 1/3 cup +2tbsp (overripe banana)
