Strawberry Meringue Tarts

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c yogurt cheese Soft, or thick raspberry sorbet 375 mL
• 6 Sprigs fresh mint
• 3 Egg whites
• 1/4 ts Cream of tartar 1 mL
• 2 c strawberries Sliced, 500 mL
• 1 tb Orange liqueur or rum
• 1/2 c Granulated sugar
• 1/2 ts Vanilla 2 mL
• 6 Whole strawberries
• 3 tb Granulated sugar divided
• 2 tb icing sugar Sifted
