Veggie Pastelitos, a recipe by trudy - Little Chefs

Ingredients

• ~20 frozen discos
• 1 can kernel corn
• 1 can black beans
• A couple red chili peppers (chopped)
• 1 russet potato (skinned, diced, and boiled)
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1 green bell pepper (cored, seeded, and diced)
• 1 1/2 of mont jack cheese
• 1/2 tsp of each seasoning (paprika, pepper flakes, black pepper, cumin)
• More pepper flakes to taste
