Ingredients
- 1 Otway Ham on the bone
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp Mustang Dijon Mustard
- 120g Buderim Ginger marmalade
- 200g Mitch's 5 fruit marmalade
- 2 tbsp Daylesford condiment company Sweet chilli jam
