Chocolate Banana Choc Chip Cones –
Easy 30-min Chocolate Banana Choc Chip Cones using a Ninja 3-in-1 Food Processor. Perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients
- 4 wafer ice cream cones
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50g dark chocolate, broken up
- 2 scoops vegan chocolate or salted caramel protein powder
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp smooth nut butter
- 4 tbsp oat milk
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp smooth nut butter
- 50ml oat milk
- Dash vanilla extract
- 50g dark chocolate chips
- 1oz dark chocolate, broken up
- 1fl. oz oat milk
- 1oz dark chocolate chips
- Step 1 First make the choc balls: Mix together the ingredients until they come together. Divide into 4 and roll into balls then chill in the fridge.
- Step 2 Whizz up the frozen banana chunks in your Ninja Kitchen food processor or blender with the nut butter, oat milk and vanilla until thick and smooth then mix in the choc chips.
- Step 3 Place the wafers in an ice cream stand. Spoon the banana ‘ice cream’ mixture into each of the cones so they fill from the bottom up to the top.
- Step 4 Place a ball on top of each cone. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate then spoon over each one to cover the balls and top of the cone. Freeze for at least ½ an hour then enjoy!
