Ingredients

• Cookies:
• 1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) All Vegetable Shortening
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 4 oz (125 g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
• 2 cups (500 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
• 24 marshmallows cut in half
• Glaze:
• 3 cups (750 mL) icing sugar
• 4-6 tbsp (50-80 mL) water
• food colouring (optional)
