Robinhood | Marshmallow Filled Sandwich Cookies
These chocolate cookies have fun written – and glazed – all over them. With a gooey marshmallow filling, you’ll be smiling after just one bite.
Ingredients
- Cookies
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup All Vegetable Shortening
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 2 cups Robin Hood ® Original All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 24 marshmallows cut in half
- Glaze
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 4-6 tbsp water
- Food colouring (optional)
