• 4 large egg yolks
• 2 cups whole milk
• 2 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter
• 3 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
