Linda’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies – Cooking Aboard with Jill

Ingredients

• 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• ¾ cup creamy peanut butter, room temperature (I used crunchy)
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar (I used turbinado)
• 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups flour (I used King Arthur’s gluten-free)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• One 10-ounce package chocolate chips
