Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups plain flour (200 g)
• 1 cup rolled oats (90 g)
• 2 cups cornflakes crushed (60 g)
• ¾ cup caster sugar (165 g)
• ¾ cup shredded coconut (60 g)
• 150 g unsalted butter chopped
• 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
• 2 tbsp boiling water
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
