• 3 tablespoons ground flax seed meal
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups milk,coconut,or almond milk
• 2 eggs yolks and whites separated
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
• *you can use regular all-purpose flour or 1/2 white + 1/2 whole wheat
• Choice for garnish-
• diced pineapples

• berries
• toasted coconut
• chopped macadamia nuts
• whipped cream
