• 6 Golden Beets, peeled and cut into wedges

• 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Shallot, minced
• 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 tbsp Raw Honey
• 3 cup Watermelon Chunks
• 1/4 cup basil leaves
