Instant Pot Picadillo
Picadillo is the dish I make the most in my home. It's the most requested by my kids and it's so easy to make. Great over rice, in tacos and more!

- 1 1/2 lb Beef, ground, extra lean
- 1/2 large Yellow onion
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander)
- 4 oz Tomato sauce, canned
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 leaf Bay leaf
- 2 tbsp drained Capers, canned
