• 1 med Sweet Onion

• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 14 oz can Diced Tomatoes
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
• 1 Tbsp Green Olive Juice
• 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
