Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon sliced into half inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar (regular brown is ok)
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add an extra 1/2 teaspoon for more heat)
- pinch black pepper
