Ingredients

• 9 vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) whipping cream (35%)
• 1 pkg (8 oz/ 250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) icing sugar
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
• 6 tbsp (90 mL) Ontario Liquid Honey
• 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
• 2 ripe but firm Ontario Peaches or Nectarines
