Rocket and Crayfish in Marie Rose Sauce Sandwich Filling - Saucepan Kids

Ingredients

• 2 packets of Lidl crayfish tails (or you could use cooked prawns)
• 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pinch smoked paprika
• 1 pinch sweet paprika
• few drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• few grinds of black pepper
• 1 pinch of salt
• Small squeeze of lemon juice
