• 3 cups flour
• 4 lg Eggs (room temperature)
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 1/8 lb Butter (2 oz or 4 tbsp)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Baking powder to every cup of flour (healthy)
