Open faced roasted garlic pancetta cheddar burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 Head of Roasted Elephant Garlic
• 8 ounces of Pancetta, diced
• 10 ounces Tomato Basil cheddar cheese, shredded and 2 ounces set aside for topping
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups of Italian flavored bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Vegetable oil, for grill
