• 1 peach, cut into wedges
• 1/ 2 mini cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
• 2-4 slices prosciutto
• 1 small orange, peeled and cut into rounds
• 1/ 4 avocado, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
• 1 tablespoon feta cheese
• Small handful microgreens, optional
• Salt, to taste
• Freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 1/ 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon La Tourangelle Avocado Oil
