Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 sweet onion diced
• 1 green bell pepper diced
• 2-3 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• Meat rub of choice
• 1 block extra sharp cheddar cheese (1/2 cut in small cubes, 1/2 grated)
• 30 jumbo pasta shells cooked
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
