Baked Asparagus Dip – TRUFF-ANZ

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• 1/2 cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup TRUFF Mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 250grams cream cheese, softened
• 24 asparagus spears, chopped (about 2 bunches)
• 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated and divided
• 1 cup parmesan, grated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
