Pork menudo recipe

Ingredients

• 400 g ground pork
• 100 g pork liver, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
• 2 carrots, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
• 1 bell pepper, remove the seeds and chopped
• 1 big tomato chopped
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup cheese
• 8 tablespoons soy sauce
• salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
