• 3 tablespoons honey

• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, Nanako brand
• 2 garlic clove , minced
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger , minced
• 1/2 onion , diced
• Reserve the following to thicken sauce
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp water
