Guacamole Dip with Black Beans

Ingredients

• 1 can (15 -1/2 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 � tsps coarse salt
• 1 tsp minced jalapeno chile ( seeds removed, if desired)
• ½ large onion finely chopped
• 1 � tsp minced chipotle in adobo
• 1 small clove garlic minced
• 2 bsp plus 1 tsp fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
• 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
