• 1/4 cup grated carrot optional, I didnt use
• 6 cashews broken
• cilantro handful

• 1 teaspoon urad dal
• 1 teaspoon channa dal
• 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
• 3 green chillies chopped fine
• 1 piece ginger chopped fine
• 12 curry leaves
• oil
