• 25 g Coconut Oil or melted butter
• 50 g Desiccated Coconut
• 125 ml Honey
• 1 tbsp Linseed (optional)
• 1 pinch Sea Salt
• 2 sticks SuperValu Fresh Ginger (from a jar) finely chopped
• 150 g SuperValu Goodness Pecan Nuts finely chopped
• 150 g SuperValu Hazelnuts finely chopped
• 1 drop SuperValu Sunflower Oil for greasing
• 2 tbsp Supervalu Goodness Chia Seeds
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 100 g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
• 50 g Dried Cranberries finely chopped
• 100 g Milk Chocolate
• 50 g White Chocolate
