Ingredients

• 1/2 pound kielbasa (or Polish sausage, fully cooked and diced)
• 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 cups frozen corn
• 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium, and I use 32 oz)
• 2 celery ribs, sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon onion power
• 1/2 garlic power
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (OPTIONAL)
• 1 1/2 cups half and half (or use milk)
• 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 tsp. parsley
