Ingredients

• 170g tinned sweetcorn corn, drained and rinsed
• 40g vegan feta, crumbled
• 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
• 15g fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 1/2-1 green chilli/jalapeño, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp pul biber
• 2 tbsp vegan mayo
• to taste lime juice
• to taste (depending on how salty the feta is) salt
• 2-4 sourdough slices
• to garnish coriander
• to taste hot sauce
