• 0.50 cup green onions, sliced
• 0.33 cup white vinegar
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp fresh basil leaves
• 1 garlic cloves, minced
• 0.25 tsp salt
• 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
• 0.66 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 6 oz fresh mushrooms, quartered
