• 1 (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
• 0.50 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 0.50 cup chopped parsley
• 0.33 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 garlic clove, minced
• 0.66 cup olive oil
• 1 (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 (19 oz.) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
