Hot Dog Goulash – Abeles & Heymann

Ingredients

• 2 onions, diced
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 teaspoons white vinegar or a splash of dry red wine, optional
• 6 potatoes, cubed
• 1 (8-10) pack @abelesheymann K4P hot dogs, sliced into ½-inch coins. I added more cuz the hot dogs are our fave.
• 2 ½ – 3 teaspoons kosher salt
• Freshly cracked black peppercorns or white pepper, to taste
• Garlic powder, optional, to taste
• 1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
