Ingredients

• 6 cups canned in syrup sweet potatoes (Bruce's Yams)
• 12 tablespoons combination of salted and unsalted butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup low-fat milk
• 4 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons extract vanilla
• ¾ cup sweetened coconut
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup pecans
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• ¼ bag miniature, 10.5 ounce bag marshmallows
