• 1/2 cup cooked rice
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 T snipped parsley
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
• 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 1 tsp. salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 recipe Salisbury Sauce
• Salisbury Sauce:
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 2 T chili sauce
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. beef-flavored gravy base
• 1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
• 2/3 cup water
