Welsh Rarebit a delightful breakfast sandwich

Ingredients

• 375 g cheese grated
• 30 g butter
• 10 ml plain cake flour
• ¼ cup milk
• ¼ cup beer
• 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 5 ml mustard
• 2 & ½ ml salt
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper to taste
• 1 large egg
• 8 thick slices of bread of your choice
• 1 pinch sweet paprika to taste
