• 235g Riviana Black Beans, rinsed and well-drained
• 275g Riviana Corn Kernels, drained
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 1/4 bunch coriander, chopped
• 1 lime, juiced
• 40ml extra virgin olive oil
• 125ml Riviana Red Wine Vinegar
• ½ tspn ground cumin
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 4 large or 8 small tortilla wraps
