Ingredients

• 5 ounces low-fat cream cheese (allow this to sit out to be completely at room temperature)
• 1 cup Plain greek yogurt
• 1 cup red enchilada sauce
• 7 ounces mild green chiles (diced)
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
• 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1 1⁄2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
• 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• 6 flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 1⁄4 cup chopped green onions
• tortilla chips, crackers, and veggies (for serving)
