• 2 kg chicken fillet (cubed)
• 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 2 teaspoon peri peri masala
• 2 tablespoon red chillie garlic paste
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 3 teaspoon callistos peri peri spice
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon crush red chillies
• 1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder
• 4 tblspspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ½ cup coriander
