Ingredients

• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1-1/3 cups very warm water (120˚ to 130˚F)
• 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 package Jimmy Dean ® Hearty Sausage Crumbles, Original Flavor
• 4 cups packed baby spinach
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
• 1 jar ( ounces) Francesco Rinaldi ® Tomato && Basil Pasta Sauce
