Jane’s Hamburger Casserole - FTC

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
• 1 small jar mushrooms (drained)
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
