Easter Bunny Cake

• 2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut, for garnish
• tiny jelly beans to form bunny eyes and nose
