• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of ½ lemon
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
