• 1 whole canned chipotle pepper, with 1 tablespoon abodo sauce
• 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1/3 cup guava jelly, or 1/4 cup guava paste
