Creamy Chipotle Almond Dip/Spread – Old Town Oil

Ingredients

• 2 Cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup water
• 3/4 cup raw almonds
• 1/4 Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp soy sauce (use gluten free to keep this dip free of gluten)
• Chipotles in Adobo Sauce. 1 or 2 peppers from container plus some of the sauce.
• 1 Tbsp Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
