• 4 lbs Watermelon, 1 medium seedless watermelon, 6-8 cups when diced
• 3 Oz Feta Cheese, diced to cubes
• 1/4 Cup Mint, fresh leaves, thin sliced
• 1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives, thin slices or rough chopped
• 1/4 Cup Lemon, juice, about 2 lemons
• 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes, use 1/4 tsp if you prefer less heat
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Sumac
• 3/4 tsp Salt and Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
