Ingredients

• 1/2 a seedless watermelon peeled and cut into small wedges
• 100g Greek fetta
• 1/2 a red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 bunch of mint picked
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
