• Mackerels – 3, cleaned, gutted, backbones removes, sliced
• Pickling Onions – 4 to 5
• Cherry Tomatoes – 4 to 5
• Button Mushrooms – 4 to 5, cleaned, halved
• Green Capsicum – 1,, white pith removed, seeded, cut into strips
• White Vinegar – 1 to 2 tblsp
• Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
• Black Pepper – 1/8 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Dried Oregano – 1/2 tsp
