Railway chicken curry

Ingredients

• 400 gm chicken curry cut
• 4 potatoes cut into halves
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1/4 cup curd
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder (Use kashmiri chili if you dont like spicy)
• Salt as per taste
• 1 onion sliced
• 5 to 6 garlic crushed
• 2 to 4 green chilies split
• 1/4 cup mustard oil
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 to 5 cloves
• 4 cardamom
