Caramelised Onion and Mushroom Quiche | Food Stuff

Ingredients

• 1 nine-inch pie shell
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 white onions, sliced finely
• 3 cloves of garlic, sliced finely
• 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
• 1 box mushrooms, sliced thick
• 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup half and half cream
• 100 grams Havarti cheese, grated
• salt and pepper to taste
